The interiors of the hotel are modern. The employees at the hotel were great and informative. My room was brilliant and tidy with a great view and fresh sheets. The service, in general, was polite.

Beautiful and adequate room

New building and rooms with kitchen. Unbeatable and awesome location to Woolworths. Just off the beach, tram station, restaurants, and shopping. The nicest place to stay when traveling to Gold Coast

The hotel is in a great location near restaurants and a mountain. The units are beautiful and have great views. There is a variety of affordable dining options. a fabulous experience.

Clean place with a decent view of both the ocean and river. Amazing building and rooms with great decoration. - the staff was incredible and exceptional. - Awesome location very close to shops, tram, beach, and many pubs. - Delightful stay for one 

My apartment had great views, a full kitchen, and a huge balcony.

Everything was good, awesome location near to the Caville Ave tram station and the Main Street and beach and restaurants, Woolworth's and a reasonable walk to the beach, decent experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Surfers Paradise for a girls weekend and had a fantastic time. the location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It was in the heart of Surfers Paradise, surrounded by Woolworths and plenty of restaurants and 

Location + Room size and facilities

We expected more from room service. Some of the furnuture is damaged/scratched. Room service were violated our privacy two times.

Great location very close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is a good size and has been recently renovated, with a lounge area and a comfortable couch bed.

We had a room with amazing sunrise views, a luxurious bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and spa bathtub, and the team here was incredibly helpful in guiding us around.
